Glass Door Drop Seals
Glass door drop seals are often used in office setups. Even though glass doors are in usage, they still require a seal for sound and dust reduction. The seals of our product range are designed into or surface mounted to glass doors. There are varied kinds of products in this range.
Schall-Ex® GS H-8/12 (Concealed for New doors)
This particular product from our glass door automatic seals assists in sound reduction. It also has the features of smoke resistance, acoustic resistance and complies with accessibility requirements too. Schall-Ex® GS H-8/12 has the ability to reduce sound to 43dB over a 7mm gap and 41dB over a 10mm gap.
In addition, it has a self levelling system which allows unhindered closing and opening of the door. It can be used at the threshold of a hinged single door.
The best feature of these products is the gasket material. It is made of flame retardant silicone and is self-extinguishing.
Schall-Ex® GS-A (Surface Mounted)
This particular product of ours has two versions. One for normal glass doors and Schall-Ex® Slide GS-A for sliding glass doors. With a self-levelling mechanism, these products resist smoke, sound and fire. The sound reduction levels are 43dB over a 7 mm gap and 41dB over a 10mm gap.
These seals can also be easily adjusted by hands. The best feature of these products is the gasket material. It is made of flame retardant silicone and is self-extinguishing.
